8-bore Sidelock Ejector by W. R. Leeson, Serial no. 2020

34" nitro proofed steel barrels, choked RH full &  LH ¾, 3½" chambers. Original barrel rib engraved with W. R. Leeson Limited, Ashford, Kent & 41 Maddox Street, Bond Street, London, W. Action fitted with Webley Screw Grip third bite and typical "Leeson" fences. Anson push rod fore-end fitting. Very fine Scroll and bouquet engraving. faint traces of original colour hardening.

15¼" Straight English nicely figured stock.

In makers leather case with trade label (address shown as 29 Maddox Street, London). Also charge loading card for use with Schultze powder. External case has label by Alex Martin (incorporating Alexander Henry & Co) and written on this label is what appears to be the name of a one time owner,  Lieutenant Commander M. B. Rankin R.N. (Retired) of Parkfield, Sevenoaks, Kent.

34" barrels with 3½" chambers, about full choke borings, doll's head extension, the frame and locks with fine bouquet and scroll engraving and retaining traces of original hardening colour, 15" figured stock, broken at the hand and fitted with nickel repair plates, 13lb., nitro proof, in its maker's leather case.
