12-bore Boxlock non ejector with 28" steel barrels. Concaved top game rib, engraved W. R. Leeson 3 Warwick Street, Regent St., London W1. Fitted with Webley Screw grip third bite but with the simpler blade type top extension rather than the typical Dolls head type extension.

Simple border & scroll engraving, action plainly finished and engraved with makers name, W R Leeson.

Straight hand figured English stock with 16" length of pull.

Weight: 6lbs 6oz.

Cased in its original case with trade label.

Proof marks, serial number and rib address suggest this gun was made around c.1921/1925.

Quality of finish suggests this was a "colonial" or "Keepers" quality shotgun.
